Spa Etiquette

Arrival
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to fill out our medical intake form and consents as required by the state of Florida for all treatments. As our staff strives to be ready for you at your appointed time, current clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be checked-in and update any information.

Appointment Policies
Our staff and facilities are reserved for you at the time of appointment. Our hour appointments are a full 60 minutes "hands on." Our half-hour appointments are a full 30 minutes "hands on" appointment. In the event you are unavoidably late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide the services reserved in their entirety. Some services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent scheduled appointments.

Payment
We are happy to accept cash, check, credit/debit card, care credit or gift certificates as forms of payment at the time services are rendered. We will accept pre-payment balances on your account to accumulate until you use them if this agreement is discussed and agreed upon in full prior. We are happy to offer Care Credit, which is a credit card used for medical, dental, veterinary type office payments only. This card offers special interest free periods. Our staff can help you apply for the card and use the card same day upon request.

Cancellation Policy
The office requests 24-hour cancellation/reschedule notice to allow for effective allocation of resources to best service our clients.
Cancellation of prepaid appoints will result in prepaid services being held on the account until the time of redemption. All prepaid services must be used within 1 year of purchase. If an appointment is cancelled the day of said appointment or you do not show up, you may be subject to a $50 same day cancellation/no show charge.

Refunds, Prepaid Services & Gift Cards
Please note the office does not accept refunds, transfers nor exchanges on gift card purchases. If you have purchased a service or special you have 1 full year from the date of purchase to redeem your purchase in full. Purchased services and specials are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, product nor different services. The office maintains records of the gift cards.

Children & Minors
We offer several different treatments and services for minors but require an adult present for children under 15 and pre-signed adult consents for unaccompanied minors age 16-18 years old.
